Lydie serves as an advisor to the team and a partner for Senrab ConsulTech's planned expansion into East Africa. Based in Kigali, she is the CEO of MLCS, a Rwandan-based consultancy providing corporate and investment law, risk management, compliance and regulation, marketing, and customer care services to financial institutions and other clients in the East African region.
Andrew is responsible for driving our sales business with direct focus on our SeamlessHR line of business. As the Enterprise Sales Manager, he initiates and has demonstrated success driving revenue growth and improving established sales processes. Leading the sales team and also in charge of coordinating our aggressive sales and marketing program, Andrew is great at developing and nurturing strategic business partnerships
Patience is our Senior Technolgy Associate. She has a passion for technology, and a general knowledge of the full stack, from hardware to application, networking, Linux and open source. Her key role is to help customers get the most from their solutions. Together with her team, she provides exceptional technical support and engineering solutions to help customers with everything open source from Ubuntu Server and Desktop to OpenStack and Kubernetes.
Benedicta efficiently manages the operations at the Senrab office while also fulfilling the responsibilities of office administration and Senrab's customer success program. She plays an integral role in establishing and nurturing long-term relationships with our clientele. By focusing on customer satisfaction and loyalty, Benedicta ensures that clients of Senrab ConsulTech receive outstanding support and service throughout their journey with the company.
Reuben performs a broad range of our technology and IT duties, often related to installations, maintenance of hardware equipment, and software programs. He is responsible for the initial activation and configuration of our solutions and applications. He also provides tech support and assistance with routine maintenance, as well as advice on technical privacy and security issues.
