On August 7, 2024, leading pioneers in human resource and talent management met on a LinkedIn webinar hosted by Rita Osei of The Global Conference on Human Resources in Africa to talk about how to navigate the future of work and how AI is being integrated into all HR modules. . 

This session explored the transformative impact of AI on human resources, highlighting its potential to streamline processes, enhance decision-making, and foster a more adaptive workforce. 

The audience was also very engaging, asking very technical and practical questions like the practical AI applications in HR, potential challenges, and best practices for successful integration.

The key focus areas that were touched on or discussed were:

  2. Applications and Benefits: Enhance recruitment, employee engagement, and productivity.

This interactive discussion, which was done on their sixth edition of this program, was graced with HR professionals and C-suite executives, like Mr. Paa Kwasi Barnes, CEO of Senrab Consultech and Business Consultant, Dr. Najat Mahdy, and Mr. Jeffery Mac Boham.

Mr. Paa Kwesi Barnes explained how Seamless HR, the leading HR software solution in Africa, is the pacesetter. 

He went further to highlight how this software model has made recruitment very easy, or, in simple terms, seamless, because all the HR activities and modules like performance management, payroll management, etc. have been embedded in one software.

Mr. Jeffrey Mac Boham also talked about the stress of job seekers and how AI is looking like it is here to take the jobs of seeking employees. He went further to point out what job seekers should do in order to meet the pace at which the world is moving, as well as enhance their CV to meet the current work pace.
